What this website collects
This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or user accounts, and it does not store anything you type.
- Quote and estimator forms: what you enter stays in your browser. When you press "Continue on WhatsApp", your message opens in WhatsApp and is only sent if you choose to send it there.
- Calls and WhatsApp messages: if you contact us, we receive your phone number and whatever you choose to share, and use it only to reply and to work on your enquiry.
- Hosting logs: our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance.
How we use your information
We use the details you share only to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver the work you ask for. We never sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except where needed to deliver your project (for example a hosting or domain provider you approve) or where the law requires it.
Client projects
When we build for you, your data, customer records, passwords and accounts remain yours. We access them only for your project, keep them confidential, and are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry conversations for as long as they are useful for our working relationship, and delete them on request.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Contact us using the details above and we will respond promptly, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Changes
If we add analytics or other tools in future, we will update this page first and show the new date above.
