We work to keep everything on this site accurate and current. Delivery times and the timeline estimator describe typical projects; your exact scope, price and timeline are always confirmed in your written proposal.
Quotes and proposals
Quotes are free and without obligation. A project begins only when you accept a written proposal. Prices in an accepted proposal are fixed for the scope it describes.
Ownership
The XLVI Arcus name, logo and the content of this website belong to XLVI Arcus. For client projects, ownership of the code, designs and content passes to the client once the project is paid, as stated in each proposal.
Third-party services
This site links to WhatsApp and may link to other services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Liability
